Frentech Aerospace s.r.o. has 24 CNC machines and two semi-automatic grinders. The company with its machinery covers a product range from those sized several tenths of millimeters to those measuring 1500 millimeters.

The following maximum part dimensions are specified below for individual machine groups:

  • CNC lathes (2 axes) – Dmax 180 mm / Lmax 350 mm
  • CNC lathes (3 axes) – Dmax 150 mm / Lmax 300 mm
  • CNC lathes (4 axes) – Dmax 200 mm / Lmax 500 mm
  • CNC lathes (9 axes) – Dmax 32 mm / Lmax 400 mm
  • CNC multi-function machines – turning / milling (5 axes) – Dmax 250 mm / Lmax 600 mm
  • CNC vertical milling machines (3 axes) – Xmax 1500 mm, Ymax 700 mm, Zmax 500 mm
  • CNC horizontal milling machines (4 axes) – Xmax 500 mm, Ymax 400 mm, Zmax 350 mm
  • CNC milling machines (5 axes) – Xmax 650 mm, Ymax 500 mm, Zmax 350 mm
  • Round grinding – Dmax 150 mm / Lmax 500 mm (external grinding), Dmin 3 mm (for internal grinding)
  • Flat grinding - dimensions max 800 x 400 mm
  • Deep drilling – Dmin 3 mm - Dmax 30 mm / Lmax 1000 mm
  • Conventional turning and milling machines
  • Manual workplace for finishing operations
  • Additional technological equipment is available – a cleaning line fitted with ultrasound cleaning, rinsing and drying, marking laser, jet chamber, TIG / CO2 welding, soldering, annealing furnaces, honing machine, grinds for tool sharpening, technologies for marking and labeling products
  • Programming workplace (4) with the SolidWorks system and SolidCam
  • A CPC system (MAZAK) is fully implemented for controlling the production process (planning, Tool Management System, and monitoring).
